Stretch Parade

Instructions

How to Play:

1. Choose one student to be the Stretch Leader
2. The Stretch Leader runs a 2–3 minute session filled with the silliest stretches they can imagine. Think “Giraffe Neck Reach,” “Invisible Tree Climb,” or “Touch the Clouds.”
3. Everyone follows along, copying each move and holding every stretch for 30 seconds.
4. Keep it fun, keep it moving, and remember: the more ridiculous, the better!

Tip: Encourage students to invent new stretch names to add some laughter and creativity to the mix!
