Get moving with this energetic twist on the classic Rock, Paper, Scissors game—your whole body’s the tool!

Step 1: Get Ready to Move

Gather everyone in a large open space where they can move freely. Make sure each player is ready to stretch their arms and legs!

Instead of the usual hand gestures, each player will use their whole body to represent Rock, Paper, or Scissors. Here’s how:

Rock: Stand tall with arms bent in a strong muscle pose.
Paper: Stretch your body tall, arms extended like a paper plane.
Scissors: Spread your legs apart and make a "scissor" motion with your arms, crossing them at the elbows.

On the count of three, everyone strikes their chosen pose at the same time!

Players who lose take a quick “brain break” while the winners stay in the game. Keep playing until there’s one winner left!
