The Mission

Scan the number grid to discover sets of three numbers that form a multiplication and division fact family (two factors and their product).

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Pick Your Target Tables: Click open the Game Settings at the top to select which times tables (from 1 to 12) you want to include in your grid, then hit Generate New Grid.
• Select Your Trio: Look closely at the grid and click on exactly three numbers that fit together (for example: 3, 4, and 12).
• Check the Match: If your three numbers form a valid fact family (3 × 4 = 12), the activity will celebrate your find and add all four matching equations to your Discovered Facts panel!
• Beat the Clock or Clear the Board: Work individually or in teams to find as many hidden families as you can before revealing all remaining possibilities.

Teacher Tip: Project this on your main screen for a 5-minute warm-up race! Have students write down the four equations (two multiplication, two division) on mini-whiteboards whenever they spot a trio.
