Instructions

1. Set the Scene

Find a space where everyone can dance freely without bumping into each other. Make sure everyone knows the rules: when the music plays, you dance; when it stops, you freeze!

2. Play the Music

Start the Freeze Dance song by DJ Raphi and let everyone start dancing to the beat. Encourage silly moves, wild spins, and big energy!

3. Freeze!

Randomly pause the music, and everyone must freeze in place—no moving allowed! Anyone who wobbles or giggles can sit out until the next round or do a fun challenge, like a silly dance move or a funny face.
