Instructions

1. Start FitBoost

Open the FitBoost website and get ready for a burst of physical activity!

2. Follow the Exercise Prompts

The site will randomly select fun, easy-to-follow exercises. Each one will appear on the screen, guiding you through a short activity to get your heart pumping.

3. Complete Each Move

Do each exercise for the designated time. Try your best to keep up and give it your all!

4. Keep Going!

Once the time is up, FitBoost will suggest a new move. Continue until you've completed as many exercises as you want!
