Instructions

Step 1: Get Ready!

Find a partner and sit down with your backs touching, making sure you're both sitting upright with your feet flat on the ground.

Step 2: Teamwork Time

On the count of three, try to stand up at the same time, using each other's backs for support. You can use your hands to help balance, but no pushing!

Step 3: Celebrate Your Success

Once you're both standing, strike a victory pose! If you fall, don't worry—just try again, or switch partners for a new challenge.
